The location of this apartment was simply breathtaking. I woke up every morning to the most stunning views of the river and mountains. It felt like I was living in a postcard!

The apartment was nice, had unbeatable location not far from ski lift, the downtown, and the Goldenes Dachl, the Nordkettenbahnen. Friendly staff ensured a very good stay for a mini vacation. Well heated rooms with stunning mountain view, had everything needed. The building was neat.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was very clean and nicely furnished. The shower was great and there was even Netflix on the tele. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and pots and pans if we wanted to cook. The host provided lots of information on how to spend our stay in the city, with a folder and helpful brochures. The communication with the owner was flawless. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, including the bridge over to Old Town and the 501 bus stop that went directly to the Hauptbahnhof. We also appreciated the free car parking from 9pm to 9am. Plus, the view from the window was wonderful.

The location of the apartment was great, as it was close to the city center and offered easy access to attractions such as the Innsbruck zoo and viewpoints. the rooms were clean and well, maintained, with a cozy bed nook and a big window offering a snow, capped mountain view. the kitchenette was well, equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals.

Im Herzen Von provided a spacious and clean apartment that comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 1 baby. the basic amenities provided in the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were sufficient for our needs. the location of the apartment was excellent, allowing us easy access to the old city, river coast, and cable car. the friendly host offered great communication and even helped us find a taxi to the airport when we couldn't locate an Uber.

The option of a high chair and baby bed was a thoughtful touch. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The apartment was cozy and had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making meals at home. I loved waking up to the beautiful mountain view from the flat-screen TV. It was so refreshing and peaceful. The kitchenette was convenient, and having a toaster and tea/coffee maker made mornings easy and enjoyable.

Personally, I found the seating area in the apartment a bit uncomfortable, but others may still find it suitable.
